1. Strip surface roughness: if the surface roughness is very obvious, the gap between the steel coil layer and the layer interface is large, which is conducive to the volatilization of emulsion.

2. Annealed substrate cold-rolled plate type: emulsification evaporation during annealing heating will seriously affect the quality of cold-rolled plate. If there is waviness in strip steel, it will also have a certain impact on the volatilization of interlayer emulsion.

3. Residual chloride ions on the strip surface: If it is not clean during rinsing, chloride ions will remain on the strip surface, causing electrochemical corrosion and producing black Fe 304.

4. Volatility of emulsion: high quality emulsifying hot volatilization can reduce the shortcomings of cold rolled coil black spots.

5. Coiling tension of rolled products: reduce coiling tension, coiling gap between layers, so that the distance between layers flow, fully volatilizing emulsification.
